Pharmacist in Charge | 4-Day Week (Mon–Thu) | No Weekends!

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and leadership-ready Pharmacist in Charge to lead our patient focused community pharmacy in Brisbane from January to June 2027. This role offers a full-time equivalent salary structured across a highly desirable 4-day roster (Monday to Thursday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, 36 hours per week), giving you a consistent 3-day weekend every single week.

Key responsibilities

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the dispensary and retail pharmacy floor
- Dispensing and counselling of medications, providing expert health information, and engaging with patients to ensure safe and effective use of medications
- Provide exceptional qualified clinical services, counseling, and patient care to the community




- Ensure strict compliance with QLD health regulations, QCPP standards, and pharmacy legislation
- Manage dispensary inventory, ordering, and claims processing

About you

- Current and Unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist
- Community Pharmacy experience preferred, although newly registered pharmacists encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in Z-software is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on building genuine community relationships
- Excellent organizational skills and an eye for operational efficiency
- Motivation to maintain high clinical standards while driving a positive team culture
