Long established and highly regarded community pharmacy located in Adelaide’s Southern foothills, seeks a highly motivated Pharmacist with exceptional customer serviced skills.
The role has a high degree of potential flexibility in work hours and potential roles and hence would suit a wide range of applicants. Whether you're a trainee pharmacist about to become fully registered, ready to take the next step toward being a Managing Pharmacist, or looking to step back from a leadership role.
What you'll be doing
1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, ensuring efficient workflow and exceptional customer service
2. Provide expert pharmaceutical advice and counselling to patients on the protected and effective use of medications
3. Collaborate with the pharmacy team to implement and maintain best practices in pharmacy operations
4. Manage inventory, order supplies, and monitor stock levels to maintain optimal inventory
5. Identify opportunities for business growth and development, and work with the owners to implement strategic initiatives
6. Mentor and support junior staff in their professional development
What we're looking for
1.
Registered pharmacist with a minimum of 2 years' experience in community pharmacy (soon to be fully registered Pharmacists will still be considered)
2. Strong clinical knowledge and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with patients, healthcare providers, and the local community
4. Proficient in the use of MINFOS, 8CPA and Webster systems
5. Entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for driving continuous improvement
