/n We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Assistant Intern to join a community pharmacy in Oak Park, Melbourne.

/n This opportunity is ideal for Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Science, Healthcare or related students and recent graduates looking to gain hands-on Australian pharmacy experience in customer service, pharmacy operations, stock management and healthcare administration.

/n /n Key Responsibilities /n /n

- Assist with daily pharmacy operations and administrative tasks

/n

- Support customer service and general product enquiries

/n

- Assist with stock management, inventory checks and product displays

/n

- Help receive, organise and replenish pharmaceutical and healthcare products

/n

- Support pharmacy staff with general workflow coordination

/n

- Maintain accurate records and documentation

/n

- Assist with maintaining a clean, organised and professional pharmacy environment

/n

- Gain exposure to pharmacy procedures, confidentiality and workplace safety requirements

/n All activities will be performed under appropriate supervision and within the intern's permitted scope. Prescription dispensing and clinical advice remain the responsibility of authorised pharmacy professionals./n

- Currently studying or recently completed Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Science, Healthcare or a related qualification

/n

- Strong communication and customer service skills

/n

- Good attention to detail and organisational skills

/n

- Basic computer and administrative skills

/n

- Professional attitude and willingness to learn

/n

- Ability to handle confidential information appropriately

/n

- Interest in community pharmacy and healthcare services

/n Previous pharmacy or retail experience is advantageous but not essential./n
