About Us

Priceline Pharmacy Quakers Hill is looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and customer-focused Pharmacy Retail Assistant to join our team. We are committed to providing excellent customer service and helping our local community with their health, beauty and everyday pharmacy needs.

We welcome applicants of all experience levels, including those who are new to pharmacy retail and eager to learn.

About the Role

As a Pharmacy Retail Assistant, you will help create a welcoming shopping experience while supporting the day-to-day operations of our pharmacy.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and provide friendly, helpful service.
- Assist customers with health, beauty, skincare, cosmetics and general retail products.
- Operate the POS system and process cash and EFTPOS transactions.
- Replenish shelves, organise stock and maintain product displays.
- Receive deliveries and assist with stock control and expiry-date checks.
- Maintain a clean, organised and well-presented store.
- Assist with promotions, catalogue offers and seasonal displays.
- Work collaboratively with pharmacists and other team members.
- Refer medication-related and clinical enquiries to the pharmacist.




- Follow pharmacy procedures and workplace health and safety requirements.

- Is reliable, punctual and willing to learn.
- Can work well independently and as part of a team.
- Has good attention to detail and a professional approach.
- Has an interest in health, beauty, skincare and wellness.
- Is available to work a flexible roster, including weekends where required.

No previous pharmacy experience is necessary. Retail or customer service experience is an advantage, but we are happy to consider candidates at any experience level who have the right attitude and willingness to learn. What We Offer
