As we continue to expand our allied health services, we are seeking passionate and experienced Physiotherapists to join our Adelaide team.

About the Role

We are looking for Physiotherapists to provide community-based services to older Australians living independently at home.

You will assess clients’ physical function, mobility and movement, identify areas of concern, and provide practical strategies to improve strength, balance, mobility and overall independence.

This role offers flexibility to manage your availability and caseload while working collaboratively with our nursing team, care coordinators and referring aged care providers.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct physiotherapy assessments in clients’ homes and community settings.
- Develop personalised treatment and exercise programs based on clients’ needs and goals.
- Support clients to improve or maintain mobility, strength, balance and physical function.
- Assess and address falls risk, mobility limitations and physical safety concerns.
- Provide exercise, mobility and pain management strategies.
- Work collaboratively with clients, families, support workers and other health professionals.
- Maintain accurate clinical notes,



reports and client documentation.

About You We are seeking a compassionate, organised and motivated Physiotherapist who enjoys working independently in the community.

You will have solid clinical reasoning, excellent communication skills and a genuine interest in helping older Australians maintain their independence.

You will be confident managing your own appointments, completing assessments and providing practical, evidence-informed treatment and exercise recommendations.

Previous experience in community aged care, falls prevention, rehabilitation or home-based physiotherapy will be highly regarded.

Essential Requirements

- Recognised tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy.
- Current AHPRA registration as an Physiotherapist.
- Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- Current Police Check
- Current Working with Children Check.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification.
- Australian driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in clients’ homes and community settings.
