About the Role

- Carry a strong MSK, sports, or post-surgical caseload across a well-resourced clinic
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (EP, Podiatry, Pelvic Health and more)
- Access structured mentoring and a clear pathway toward senior clinical or leadership roles

What We're Looking For

- 2+ years' musculoskeletal private practice experience, managing a broad caseload including spinal, upper limb and lower limb conditions




- Experience independently managing patients from initial assessment through to discharge
- Experience in elite or semi-professional sporting environments, including acute injury management, return-to-play rehabilitation, and liaising with coaches and sports physicians in high-performance settings
- Experience with VALD technologies (ForceDecks, ForceFrame, Dynamo, NordBord, etc.) or equivalent objective testing systems
- Current AHPRA registration; dry needling qualification desirable
- Proven ability to build relationships with referrers and multidisciplinary teams, with robust patient retention
