We’re looking for a passionate Physiotherapist to join our growing team in Bunbury, Western Australia, with the position commencing in late 2026 or early 2027. For: Experienced Physiotherapists or new graduates ready to build your career in a supportive environment.

What You’ll Do

You’ll work with a diverse range of clients and have the opportunity to build a caseload that interests you.

Your role will include

- Conducting comprehensive physiotherapy assessments.
- Developing and implementing individualised treatment and exercise programs.
- Providing evidence based treatment, education and rehabilitation.
- Working with clients across a range of presentations and goals.
- Supporting clients to improve their movement, strength, function and quality of life.
- Managing your caseload with autonomy while having support available when you need it.




- Working collaboratively with other health professionals and members of the wider community.
- Completing reports and worksite assessments.

You may work with:
- Private clients
- Sporting clients
- NDIS participants
- WorkCover clients
- DVA clients
- Enhanced Primary Care Plan clients

There are also opportunities to work within the wider community, including with:
- Sporting clubs
- Schools
- Businesses
- Community organisations

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is:
- A qualified Physiotherapist with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy or Master of Physiotherapy.
- Currently registered with AHPRA.
- Eligible to hold skilled indemnity and public liability insurance.
- A current Australian driver’s licence.
- Passionate about helping people achieve meaningful outcomes.
- Comfortable working independently while being part of a collaborative team.
- Keen to continue learning and developing clinically.

You’ll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Police Check, or be willing to obtain them, along with current First Aid and CPR certification. We can assist with these requirements where needed.

Competitive Remuneration

$50 per hour base rate OR 57% commission. We have Physiotherapists doing $150,000+ This could be you!

Retention Bonuses

We value people who stay and grow with us.

- $1,000 bonus after 1 year
- $1,000 bonus after 2 years

Professional Development

We want you to keep growing. You’ll have access to structured training, mentoring, clinical support and opportunities to develop your areas of interest. $1000 will be given for Full Time Physiotherapists to use for external PD.
