We’re a small, independent e-commerce brand looking for a friendly and reliable Pick & Pack Warehouse Assistant to join our team.

We’re located less than a 10-minute walk from Sydenham Metro, making this a convenient role for students or anyone looking for a flexible contract role alongside uni, another job or other commitments.

The role is pretty straightforward — packing orders, counting stock and keeping the warehouse organised. No previous warehouse experience is needed and full training will be provided. We’re mainly looking for someone who is reliable, pays attention to detail and is happy to get stuck in.

What you’ll be doing

- Picking and packing customer orders
- Printing and preparing shipping labels
- Counting stock and helping with stocktakes
- Receiving and organising stock
- Keeping the warehouse clean and tidy
- General warehouse tasks as needed
- Occasionally lifting and moving stock/boxes around 20kg

- Reliable and punctual
- Good attention to detail
- Able to work independently




- Comfortable following instructions and taking direction
- Organised and responsible
- Good attitude and happy to help out with whatever needs doing
- Comfortable lifting up to 20kg when required
- No previous warehouse experience needed — we’ll show you the ropes

The role
- Inner West Sydney, less than 10 minutes from Sydenham Metro
- 5–15 hours per week, depending on business needs
- Weekday shifts, typically starting from 10am
- Flexible scheduling around your availability
