We are looking for experienced Pipe fabricators / Welders to join our team on Navy and commercial projects.

About the Role

Your duties may include

- Pipe fabrication and installation
- Reading and interpreting fabrication drawings and isometric drawings
- Pipe fitting, cutting, bending and preparation
- TIG / MIG / ARC welding as required
- Working with carbon steel, stainless steel,



copper-nickel and other marine piping materials
- Working to project specifications, drawings and welding procedures
- Maintaining high standards of quality, safety and workmanship

About You We are looking for people with:

- Proven experience as a Pipe Fabricator / Welder
- Shipbuilding, marine, industrial or defence experience is highly regarded
- Ability to read and understand fabrication drawings and isometrics
- Strong welding and fabrication skills
- Robust English reading and writing
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong commitment to safety and quality
- Relevant trade qualifications and tickets
- Able to obtain a federal police check.
- Australian work rights

Defence/Navy experience and relevant security clearances will be highly regarded. Pay: $40.00 – $55.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38.0 – 55.0 per week
