BE PART OF A HIGH-PERFORMING TEAM WITH A GREAT CULTURE AND GREAT CUSTOMERS.

Most companies talk about culture. We score it. Our team NPS is 48.2. Our customer NPS on project delivery is 61. Industry standard is +30. That's not luck — it's how we hire, how we run jobs, and why people stay.

GWA is a Ngarluma-endorsed Pilbara Aboriginal business. We're All Walking Together — industry, community and crew, moving in the same direction. If you want a job where the culture is the whole point, this is it.

THE ROLE

Licensed Plumber on maintenance, fit-out and construction work across the Pilbara — mine and port sites, accommodation villages, commercial kitchens, ablutions, roadhouses and community infrastructure. Rough-in through to fit-out, breakdowns and planned maintenance. You'll plan it, own it, execute it.

ROSTERS

As a guide, we run:

Karratha local: 5/2, 4/3, 8/6, 2:1 or 2:2

FIFO from Perth: 8/6, 2:1 or 2:2

Rosters vary by contract. Tell us what works for your life and we'll find the fit. Based interstate? Talk to us and we'll work the travel out together.
