Due to continued growth and a major new contract, we are seeking an experienced PM Allocator to join our brand new team in Huntingwood.

About the Role

This is a critical afternoon/evening operations role responsible for coordinating dispatch activities, managing driver movements, and ensuring deliveries run safely and on schedule.

You will be the primary point of contact for drivers, customers, and internal teams during the PM shift.

Key responsibilities:

- Allocate and dispatch local and linehaul vehicles for PM operations
- Manage driver schedules, routes, and fatigue compliance
- Coordinate loading and departure times with warehouse teams
- Monitor deliveries in real time and respond to delays or incidents
- Communicate proactively with customers regarding ETAs and issues
- Maintain accurate data entry within the TMS
- Ensure all loads, manifests, and documentation are completed
- Monitor fleet availability in the yard (prime movers & trailers)
- Escalate operational issues to management when required
- Support drivers with route guidance, site information, and problem resolution




- Ensure all safety procedures and compliance requirements are met
- Provide a clear handover to the AM team

About You You are calm under pressure, decisive, and comfortable managing a busy transport operation during after-hours.

To be successful, you will have:

- Minimum 3 years’ experience in transport allocation or fleet coordination
- Strong knowledge of the NSW road network
- Experience managing linehaul and/or metro delivery operations
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to prioritise in a fast-moving environment
- Strong communication skills (phone, email, radio)
- High attention to detail and accountability
- Understanding of driver fatigue and safety requirements
- Experience with TMS platforms (preferred)
- Refrigerated transport experience (highly regarded)
