Dalkeith Plastics is a experienced and well established family-owned and operated business specialising in polyethylene (poly) welding and fabrication. We're looking for a Poly Welder or Trade Assistant with experience in poly welding to join our friendly and hardworking team.

About the Role

This is a hands-on position offering varied work in our workshop and on-site at locations throughout metropolitan Adelaide and surrounding areas. THIS IS NOT A FIFO POSITION although we do have away projects if you are interested.

The role is primarily Monday to Friday, with overtime available as required.

Depending on your experience, your duties may include:

- Poly welding and fabrication of HDPE pipe and fittings
- Butt fusion and electrofusion welding
- Assisting with workshop fabrication and on-site installations

What We're Looking For

- Reliability, initiative, good communication skills and a strong work ethic
- Previous experience in poly welding or assisting with poly welding activities
- Experience with butt fusion and/or electrofusion welding would be highly regarded
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A commitment to workplace safety and quality workmanship
- Current driver's licence & Construction/white card ESSENTIAL




- Excavator & HR licence (advantageous but not essential)

You don't need to be a fully qualified poly welder to apply. We'd also love to hear from trade assistants who have practical experience in the industry and are keen to develop their skills.
