As we continue to grow our Resources business across Australia and New Zealand, we're looking for an experienced Portfolio Lead to join the team in Adelaide and help shape and deliver some of the industry's most significant programs, studies and projects.
This is a senior leadership opportunity for a client-focused professional who thrives on building trusted relationships, developing people, driving portfolio performance and identifying opportunities that create lasting value for our clients and communities.
Working within the ANZ Resources team, you'll provide leadership across a portfolio of projects and strategic client programs, bringing together technical excellence, commercial insight and innovative delivery solutions to achieve outstanding outcomes.
The opportunity
As Portfolio Lead, you'll act as a key interface between Jacobs and strategic Resources clients, providing leadership across multiple studies, projects and frameworks while supporting the growth and long-term success of our business.
You'll collaborate closely with our Technical Leaders, Project Managers, Client Account Managers, Growth & Sales teams, and Global Integrated Delivery (GID) teams to deliver safe, high-quality and commercially successful outcomes.

Here's what you'll need
- Experience within the Resources sector across consulting, project delivery, studies and/or major capital projects
- Demonstrated success managing portfolios, programs of work, frameworks or complex multidisciplinary projects
- Ability to build trusted client relationships and identify opportunities for growth
- Commercial awareness, including experience with planning, forecasting, contract administration and portfolio performance
- Sound knowledge of project and study delivery within the Resources industry
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams across multiple locations
- Well-developed communication, stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
- A collaborative leadership approach with a passion for mentoring and developing people
- Degree qualification in Engineering or a related discipline
