Are you a caring, motivated nurse looking for an opportunity to join a friendly and supportive General Practice?

Calamvale Medical Centre is looking for a dedicated FULLTIME Practice Nurse (EN or RN) to join our family-friendly team.

We are a modern General Practice with a strong focus on family, preventative and patient-centred health care. We are looking for the right fit to join our team of doctors, nurses and dedicated support staff.

About the Role

As a Practice Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work across a broad range of clinical areas, including:

- Patient triage and assessment, including urgent presentations

- Immunisations and vaccinations

- Wound care

- ECGs

- ABIs

- Health assessments

- Chronic disease management

- Patient education and health promotion
- A variety of other General Practice nursing duties

You will receive comprehensive training and support from our experienced nursing team across all areas of General Practice.

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

- A qualified Registered Nurse (RN) or Enrolled Nurse (EN)

- Must hold valid work visa or Australian work rights.

- Caring, compassionate and patient-focused

- Motivated and enthusiastic





- Reliable and able to work effectively as part of a team

- Committed to providing high-quality patient care

- Willing to learn and develop their General Practice nursing skills

Previous General Practice experience is highly desirable, although we are happy to provide training and support for the right candidate.

Availability The successful applicant must be available to work between 8:00am and 6:00pm, Monday to Friday, including during school holidays.
