We’re looking for a warm, proactive and organised Partnerships & Membership Coordinator to help grow Pregnancy & Parenthood.

This role combines outreach, relationship building and coordination. You’ll connect with potential brand partners and sponsors, bring partnerships on board, and help prospective members join and make the most of our community.

About the role

- Reach out to potential brand partners and sponsors, talk through opportunities and secure paid partnerships.
- Follow up on enquiries and guide partnership discussions through to agreement.
- Coordinate partnerships and ensure agreed inclusions are delivered.
- Contact prospective members, answer questions and help them sign up.
- Welcome and onboard current members so they understand what’s available and how to access it.
- Keep accurate records of outreach, follow-ups, agreements and member enquiries.

You’ll work towards two main monthly KPIs: partnership revenue secured and new member sign-ups.

- You’re friendly, confident on the phone and comfortable reaching out to new people.
- You build relationships easily and follow through on commitments.
- You’re organised and able to manage multiple conversations and priorities.




- You enjoy working towards measurable goals and take initiative.
- You have experience in partnerships, outreach, sales, business development or membership growth.
- You have an interest in supporting mums and families.

Hours and location

- Hours can be flexible and agreed with the successful applicant.
- Some work can be completed from home.
- You must also be available to work from our office in South Melbourne and/or Port Melbourne.

Pay: $32.50 – $38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 30.0 per week
