Two Primary Leadership Opportunities | 1 Hour North of Melbourne | Permanent | Start January 2027

Inspired Recruitment is partnering with a welcoming primary school located about an hour's drive north of Melbourne to appoint two passionate leaders to its team. If you are ready to take the next step in your leadership journey, or you are an experienced leader looking for a school where you can make a real difference, we would love to hear from you.

Role 1: Primary Coordinator, Year 3 to 6

Lead and support the Year 3 to 6 teaching team, driving consistent, high-quality teaching and learning across the upper primary years. You will mentor staff, coordinate planning and assessment, support student wellbeing, and work closely with the leadership team on whole-school priorities.

Role 2: Numeracy Leader

Shape the direction of numeracy across the school. You will lead the numeracy curriculum, build teacher capacity through coaching and professional learning, use data to inform teaching and intervention, and help lift student outcomes in mathematics from Foundation to Year 6.

About you

- A recognised teaching qualification and current VIT registration (or eligibility)




- Strong primary teaching experience, with leadership experience or a clear readiness to step into leadership
- Sound knowledge of the Victorian Curriculum and evidence-based teaching practice
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to inspire and support colleagues
- A genuine commitment to student learning and wellbeing

- Valid working rights. Applicants without valid working rights will not be considered for these roles.
