We’re looking for a Principal - Technology and Analytics Consulting who enjoys learning and values teamwork. Key Accountabilities:

What you’ll do

- Own the delivery of technology implementations requiring platform subject matter expertise, typically for single-region or mid-market deployments.
- Deliver and project manage talent technology implementations using established toolkits and templates.
- Lead or support project management, design, configuration, integration design, migration, testing, and training activities.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, scope, deliverables, and client expectations.
- Advise clients on system functionality and technical integration capabilities.
- Document configuration decisions and perform configuration during the build phase.
- Identify and escalate risks, issues, out-of-scope requests, and potential project-hour overruns.




- Maintain project status tracking to support capacity planning and forecasting.
- Mentor, coach, and train Analyst-level team members.
- Influence stakeholders and SMEs to support decisions and project progress.
- Collaborate on best practices, team initiatives, and continuous improvement.

Skills & Requirements: Must-have

- At least 5 years of relevant experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, ATS administration, systems analysis, or recruitment technology implementation.
- Demonstrated understanding of recruitment or talent acquisition processes and ATS workflows.
- Strong client-facing communication, consulting, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to learn technology quickly and complete the required SmartRecruiters training and certification.
- Ability to perform detailed, hands-on system configuration and implementation tasks.
- Ability to explain technology decisions clearly and connect solutions to recruitment and end-user requirements.
- Ability to receive feedback constructively, remain composed in challenging situations, and adapt to client needs.

Good to have

- Previous exposure to SmartRecruiters.
- Experience supporting or delivering an ATS or HR technology implementation.
- Experience as a recruitment systems administrator, super-user, systems analyst, or process SME.
- Previous platform configuration and implementation workshop experience.
- Familiarity with Paradox or other recruitment technology platforms.

Work Setup

- Location:



Fully remote
- Schedule: Standard business hours, with reasonable flexibility for occasional APAC and international calls. Agreed core hours and applicable Australian employment requirements will be respected.
