Private Practice Physiotherapist — Mount Druitt Baysictechnique Physiotherapy

We’re looking for a physiotherapist who cares about their patients, wants to keep improving and enjoys working with a supportive team.

You might be a new graduate looking for a good start in private practice, or an experienced physio looking for a change. Either way, we want someone who takes the time to understand their patients, thinks carefully about treatment and is willing to ask questions.

About the clinic

Baysictechnique Physiotherapy has treated more than 10,000 patients across Western Sydney. We’ve built a 5-star Google reputation and relationships with local sporting clubs.

Our Mount Druitt caseload includes musculoskeletal injuries, chronic pain, sporting injuries and neurological conditions.

We provide one-to-one appointments with no double-booking. You’ll have support with clinical decisions and opportunities to discuss cases rather than being left to work everything out on your own.

What you’ll do
- Assess and treat patients with a range of conditions.
- Develop treatment plans and explain them clearly to patients.
- Help patients understand their recovery and when further treatment is appropriate.
- Build valuable relationships with patients and support them towards their goals.
- Keep accurate, timely clinical notes.
- Participate in mentoring and case discussions.
- Contribute to the day-to-day running of the clinic and support your colleagues.

You do need to be willing to learn, take feedback on board and follow through on your responsibilities.

- Can explain the reasoning behind their assessment and treatment choices.
- Asks for help when they need it.
- Takes initiative with their learning.
- Respects patients’ and colleagues’ time.
- Works well with others and contributes to the team.

Pay: $80,000.00 – $95,000.00 per year
