Role Description The Procurement Specialist is a full time, on site role based in Perth, WA. This position is responsible for managing end to end procurement activities, including sourcing OEM and aftermarket components, preparing and processing purchase orders and maintaining accurate procurement records.

The role involves evaluating suppliers, monitoring delivery performance, coordinating with internal stakeholders to understand material and equipment requirements and supporting cost effective purchasing decisions.

The Procurement

Specialist will participate in contract negotiations,



track inventory levels and contribute to continuous improvement of procurement processes to support operational efficiency and reliability.

Qualifications

- Strong procurement skills, including experience with purchasing components and managing procurement workflows.
- Proficiency in preparing and processing purchase orders and maintaining accurate purchasing documentation.
- Capability in supplier evaluation, including assessing quality, reliability, pricing, and delivery performance.
- Experience in contract negotiation, with the ability to secure favorable terms and manage supplier agreements.
- Well developed analytical skills to interpret data, compare quotations, and support cost and inventory optimisation.
- Knowledge of drilling, mining, or earthmoving equipment and components is highly beneficial.
- Solid communication and collaboration skills for working with internal teams and external suppliers.
- Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience in procurement, supply chain, or a related field.
