Your new role

As the Procurement Specialist, you will manage end-to-end sourcing and procurement activities across a range of ICT categories. Working closely with business stakeholders, you will support procurement planning, market engagement, tender processes, and contract outcomes while ensuring compliance with organisational policies and governance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support ICT procurement activities.

Develop sourcing strategies and procurement plans aligned with business objectives.

Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and supplier solutions.

Prepare and manage tender documentation, including RFx documentation, evaluation plans, reports, and procurement recommendations.

Coordinate procurement projects of low to medium complexity from planning through to contract award.

Partner with stakeholders to develop scopes of work, specifications, and procurement requirements.

Maintain procurement pipelines and support forward procurement planning activities.





Manage supplier engagement throughout sourcing processes and provide procurement advice to stakeholders.

Support contract and vendor management activities, including resolving procurement and supplier-related issues.

Ensure compliance with procurement policies, legislation, governance frameworks, and probity requirements.

Contribute to procurement process improvements and uplift initiatives.

What you'll need to succeed

Minimum five years' experience in ICT procurement within a large and complex environment.

Strong knowledge of procurement methodologies, sourcing practices, and tender management.

Experience developing and evaluating RFx processes and procurement submissions.

Exposure to contract management, vendor management, and panel arrangements.

The ability to identify opportunities for cost savings, efficiency improvements, and enhanced value outcomes.
