/n About the Role /n D1 Store is one of Australia’s leading DJI resellers. This is a customer-facing sales role. You’ll be on the floor helping customers find the right product, hitting your KPIs, and contributing to the team’s overall performance. /n /n What You’ll Do /n /n

- Engage customers and guide them through our product range to find the right solution for their needs

- Drive sales and consistently meet individual KPIs

/n

- Contribute to team targets — not just your own numbers

/n

- Maintain product displays and keep the floor well-organised

/n

- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally, including complaints

/n

- Support current staff with product knowledge as needed

/n /n /n What We’re Looking For /n Experience /n /n

- Around 1 or more years of retail experience, ideally in consumer electronics

/n /n Track Record /n /n

- Demonstrated history of hitting KPIs in previous roles

/n

- Evidence of contributing to team performance, not just individual output

/n

- Personal goals or achievements that show you’re motivated beyond the minimum
