Reporting to the National Operations Manager (Sydney based) and working side by side with the Queensland Sales Manager and his team, we're looking for an experienced Production & Warehouse Manager to help establish and lead our current Brisbane manufacturing and distribution site. You'll lead manufacturing, warehousing, inventory management, dispatch and continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring our customers receive the quality and service they're known to expect from Camfil.

What You'll Bring

You'll likely have

- Experience leading manufacturing or operations teams
- A passion for process improvement and operational efficiency
- Strong inventory, production planning and logistics knowledge
- Experience with systems and operational reporting
- A lead from-the-front leadership style that motivates and develops teams
- A track record of delivering results in fast-moving operational environments
