About the Role

As a Production and Logistics Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing packing lines ensuring production targets, quality standards and safety requirements are consistently achieved. You will also be responsible for managing Logistics and Warehouse teams as well.

You will be an integral member of the Operations team, contributing to team success by driving performance, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee and manage packing processes to meet production schedules

- Ensure all products meet required quality standards

- Maintain accurate production records for each shift

- Support and guide operators and provide leadership

- Conduct routine checks monitoring production of finished products





- Assist with preventative maintenance and respond to breakdowns efficiently

- Maintain high standards of housekeeping, hygiene, and site presentation

- Ensure compliance with food safety, quality systems and OH&S; requirements

- Participate in shift handovers, team meetings and continuous improvement initiatives

About You

We are looking for candidates who are reliable, motivated and eager to learn. Experience in manufacturing or food production is highly regarded, but not essential.

You will ideally bring:

- Similar experience in manufacturing, food processing or similar environment (preferred)

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

- Excellent leadership and team management skills

- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

- Good communication and record-keeping skills

- Commitment to workplace safety and hygiene standards
