Pure Product Australia is currently seeking an Assistant Factory Manager to join our team at our manufacturing site in Minto 2566.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in food manufacturing, factory operations, production, or warehouse management who can assist with the day-to-day running of our production environment.

The Assistant Factory Manager will work closely with management and the production team to help ensure that daily operations run efficiently, safely, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist management with the day-to-day operation of the factory and production environment
- Assist with planning and coordinating daily production activities
- Supervise and support production staff and machine operators
- Monitor production processes to ensure products are manufactured efficiently and correctly
- Assist with raw material preparation, stock control and inventory management
- Ensure production areas, equipment and machinery are kept clean and organised
- Monitor packing, wrapping, labelling and distribution activities
- Assist with maintaining food safety, hygiene and workplace safety standards
- Help identify and resolve production issues
- Assist with staff training and allocating daily production tasks
- Monitor production schedules and help ensure orders are completed on time
- Assist with general factory and warehouse operations as required

To Be Considered for This Role, You Must Have:




- Previous experience in food manufacturing, factory management, production or warehouse operations
- Experience supervising or managing staff
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production workplace
- Ability to perform physical and repetitive tasks when required
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to follow food safety, hygiene and workplace safety procedures
- Availability to work Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 4:30 pm
- Australian working rights / valid Australian work permit
