About the role

We're looking for a Production Foreman to lead our production team in Thornleigh. No two days are the same. You'll be responsible for scheduling production, managing the team, and allocating staff and resources so every build is delivered on time and to the standard our customers expect.

Key responsibilities

- Scheduling production
- Allocating staff and resources to meet production schedules
- Leading our production team of approximately 20 staff
- Implementing and maintaining safety procedures and WHS systems
- Ensuring our builds meet compliance requirements
- Creating and maintaining production documentation
- Assist with R&D; and new model development
- Assist with CAD design and CAM programming for production, including CNC machining for our cabinetry
- Quality control
- Improving production processes

About you

- 3+ years' experience managing a team in a production or manufacturing workplace




- CAD/CAM experience: SolidWorks preferred, AutoCAD considered
- Sound technical knowledge
- A trade background in carpentry or cabinetmaking is a big plus
- Happy to be hands-on in and around the workshop
- Customer service focus
- Production scheduling experience
- An approachable team player
