About the role The Production Scheduler plays a pivotal role in orchestrating the efficient and high-quality production workflows within a dynamic twenty-four injection moulding operation. Responsible for managing customers' orders through strategic purchasing and scheduling of raw materials, efficient and optimal use of equipment and people ensuring production milestones are met.

The Production

Scheduler works closely with sales, factory and shift supervisors, moulding technicians and the warehouse team to drive seamless operations and deliver exceptional results.

Key responsibilities

- Receive and enter orders into MYOB Exo ERP system, manage finished goods inventory and delivery and developing production requirements
- Liaise with material suppliers and place orders for raw materials and component requirements to meet production demands




- Use of Matec MES production control software for shop floor scheduling and real time monitoring and control of production manufacturing
- Provide customers with transparent and timely progress updates
- Manage month end stock take and inventory reporting

About you

- Experienced production scheduler who can work autonomously in fast paced three shift manufacturing environments
- Demonstrate high level knowledge of ERP software and business planning tools
- Experience and knowledge of Injection moulding is highly regarded but not essential
- Highly organized, analytical, and thrive on solving problems with precision and creativity
- Collaborative mindset and a commitment to working within a team driven environment
