We currently have 2 x Production Team Leader opportunities available on Night Shift (10pm-6am) at our Virginia manufacturing site.

This is an exciting prospect for an experienced manufacturing leader to take ownership of production performance, team engagement, safety and continuous improvement initiatives in a highly regulated environment.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Production Team Leader, you'll lead a team of operators to safely and efficiently deliver production plans while maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Key responsibilities include

- Leading and supporting production teams to achieve daily and weekly manufacturing targets

- Driving a strong safety-first culture and ensuring compliance with GMP, quality and operational standards

- Coaching, developing and mentoring team members through regular one-on-one conversations and performance feedback

- Investigating operational issues, conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions

- Monitoring production performance, analysing data and identifying opportunities for improvement

- Facilitating effective shift handovers and promoting strong communication across production teams

- Leading continuous improvement initiatives to optimise productivity, quality and team performance

- Building team capability through training, development planning and skills progression

About You





We're looking for a hands-on people leader who enjoys developing others and solving operational challenges.

To be successful, you'll bring:

- Prior leadership experience within manufacturing, production, FMCG, pharmaceutical, food processing or similar operational environments

- Strong problem-solving and root cause investigation capability

- Experience analysing production KPIs and using data to drive performance improvements

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement

- Experience working in a regulated manufacturing environment will be highly regarded

- Qualifications in Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations or a related discipline are advantageous but not essential
