APG Workforce is currently seeking experienced Production Workers to join our client's busy manufacturing facility in Northwestern Tasmania. About the Role

As a Production Worker, you’ll play an important role in the manufacture and packaging of high-quality cheese and whey products supplied throughout Australia and to international markets.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Operating and monitoring production machinery and processing equipment
- Assisting with the manufacture, packaging and handling of dairy products
- Monitoring conveyor systems and transferring products throughout the production process
- Conducting quality checks and reporting any production issues




- Maintaining high standards of food safety, hygiene and cleanliness
- Following workplace health, safety and environmental procedures
- Supporting general production, cleaning and housekeeping activities as required

About You To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Previous experience in manufacturing, food production, dairy processing or a factory environment – essential
- A strong commitment to safety and quality standards
- The ability to perform repetitive manual tasks and lift up to 20kg
- Reliability, punctuality and a strong work ethic
- The ability to work rotating 12-hour day and night shifts
- A current driver's licence
- Reliable transport to and from work

Please note: Applicants without relevant manufacturing, food production, dairy processing or factory experience will not be considered.

Successful applicants will be required to complete:
