Summary:

The Production Worker will operate machinery and equipment to manufacture products, inspect and pack finished products, maintain a clean and safe work environment, and perform other duties as assigned. This is a full-time position in the manufacturing, transport, and logistics industry.

Responsibilities:

- Operate machinery and equipment to manufacture products based on production schedules and specifications
- Inspect, sort, and pack finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
- Perform quality checks, measure and record dimensions, and make necessary adjustments to maintain product quality and consistency
- Move raw materials, finished products, and supplies around the plant using material handling equipment
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following standard operating procedures and safety guidelines




- Report any equipment or safety issues to a supervisor immediately
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or the management team

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred but not required
- Ability to read, write, and understand English
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Must be able to stand for long periods, lift and move heavy objects, and operate machinery
- Willingness to work in a rapid-paced, demanding environment
- Must be punctual and reliable
- Ability to work multiple shifts if needed
