One of Australia's leading Federal Government agencies is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the delivery of a portfolio of complex ICT projects and transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will oversee multiple project streams, manage budgets and resources, and drive the successful delivery of strategic technology outcomes across a large enterprise environment.

The successful Program Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to:

- Leading the delivery of complex ICT programs and projects.
- Managing budgets, resources, schedules, risks and dependencies across multiple workstreams.
- Overseeing project teams and ensuring delivery against agreed milestones and outcomes.
- Providing program reporting, governance and executive-level updates.
- Engaging with business and technical stakeholders to support successful project delivery.
- Managing program risks,



issues and resource requirements.

The successful Program Manager will have experience in the following:

- Demonstrated experience delivering large-scale ICT transformation programs.
- Solid experience managing multiple concurrent projects and project teams.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, risks and governance activities.
- Experience using Azure DevOps or similar project delivery tools.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and leadership skills.
- Federal Government experience will be highly regarded.
