Profectus is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead delivery of an enterprise budgeting and reporting platform program within an Australian Government agency. The platform is built on IBM Planning Analytics and supports budgeting, forecasting and reporting across the organisation. The work covers program governance, stakeholder engagement, financial systems assurance and change management.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the program across support, sustainment, enhancement and infrastructure streams
- Facilitate governance forums and report on program status, performance, risks and issues
- Manage decisions, escalations and dependencies
- Engage key business stakeholders to understand and meet their needs
- Oversee financial systems assurance, including data integrity and impact assessments
- Align business requirements with system capability and design principles
- Oversee training, communication and user adoption activities
- Maintain governance artefacts, documentation and risk registers
- Drive continuous improvement of business processes

Required Experience





- Managing ICT programs or multi stream delivery
- Program governance and executive reporting
- Managing risks, issues, decisions and dependencies
- Senior stakeholder engagement
- Finance system or ERP program delivery
- Change management and user adoption

Desirable Experience

- IBM Planning Analytics / TM1 or other budgeting systems
- Australian Government budget processes
- Working within Defence finance areas
- Program or project management certification (e.g. MSP, PRINCE2, PMP)

Security Clearance Requirements

- Must be an Australian Citizen
- Must have a current AGSVA NV1 Security Clearance
