/n We are seeking an experienced Onsite Project Administrator to join our project team on a 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off roster for the duration of this two-year construction project. Working closely with site leadership, contractors, and project stakeholders, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day administration and coordination of site operations. /n /n Responsibilities /n /n

- Coordinate workforce mobilisation and demobilisation.

/n

- Arrange site accommodation, travel, and roster schedules.

/n

- Maintain workforce and visitor registers.

/n

- Assist with onboarding and induction administration for new personnel.

/n

- Support workforce compliance requirements and documentation.

/n

- Maintain subcontractor and supplier records.

/n

- Assist with project cost tracking and reporting.

/n

- Compile weekly and monthly project reports.

/n

- Update project trackers, dashboards, and databases.

/n

- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Project Manager and site leadership team.

/n /n Qualifications: /n /n

- Experience in project administration, preferably in a construction FIFO environment

/n

- Strong organisational and time-management skills

/n





- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

/n

- Intermediate to Advanced Excel proficiency

/n

- Knowledge of other relevant software such as Procore, Employment Hero, SharePoint & ApprovalMax
