We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator or recent graduate to support the successful delivery of projects while developing a long-term career in project management.

About the Role

As a Project Coordinator, you will be the organisational engine behind our project teams; coordinating project administration, documentation, reporting, procurement and stakeholder communication to keep projects accurate, current and moving.

Working closely with Project Managers, engineers, clients, subcontractors and internal teams, you'll help ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standards.

This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised and eager to learn. Someone who enjoys working in a rapid-paced environment and is looking to progress their career within project delivery and construction management.

What You'll Be Doing

Support Project Delivery





- Assist Project Managers in coordinating project activities from award through to completion.

- Monitor project schedules, action items and deliverables.

- Track project progress and help ensure milestones are achieved.

Documentation & Reporting

- Prepare project reports, meeting minutes and correspondence.

- Maintain document control systems and project records.

- Assist with contract administration and project compliance documentation.

Procurement & Commercial Support

- Raise purchase orders and assist with procurement activities.

- Coordinate supplier and subcontractor documentation.

- Maintain project registers, variation logs and procurement records.

- Assist with project cost tracking, invoicing and financial reporting.

Stakeholder Coordination

- Liaise with clients, suppliers, subcontractors and internal stakeholders.

- Coordinate meetings and ensure follow-up actions are completed.

- Support customer relationship management throughout project delivery.

Quality, Compliance & Safety

- Help to keep safety requirements front of mind across our projects.

- Assist with project compliance requirements and quality documentation.

- Contribute to maintaining compliance with ISO 45001 Safety and ISO 9001 Quality standards.

Continuous Improvement

- Identify opportunities to improve systems, processes and project administration.

- Support project closeout activities and lessons learned reviews.

- Continue developing your project delivery knowledge and capabilities.

What You'll Bring

- Previous experience in a Project Coordinator, Project Administrator, Contract Administrator, Construction Administrator or similar role.

- Strong organisational and time management skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.





- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.

- Ability to build positive working relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

- A proactive and solutions-focused approach to work.

Essential Requirements

- Current Driver's Licence.

- Completion of Year 12 or equivalent.

- Strong administrative and coordination experience.

- Commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement.

Desirable

- Experience in construction, renewable energy, manufacturing or infrastructure projects.

- Qualifications in Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.

- White Card.

- Experience using project management or document control systems.

- Understanding of project budgeting, forecasting and contract administration.
