About the Role Green Light is seeking an experienced and highly organised Project Coordinator to support a major Network and Infrastructure Delivery Program based in Brisbane CBD.

The successful candidate will work closely with Project Managers, Network Engineers, Infrastructure Engineers, telecommunications vendors, and business stakeholders to coordinate the delivery of critical network and infrastructure initiatives. These may include network upgrades, office relocations, data centre activities, infrastructure refreshes, telecommunications deployments, and enterprise technology projects.

This role is ideal for a Project Coordinator with experience supporting infrastructure and network projects who can effectively manage project schedules, vendor engagement, governance activities, and delivery coordination across multiple technical workstreams.

Responsibilities

- Coordinate the delivery of network and infrastructure projects across multiple workstreams.
- Support Project Managers with project planning, scheduling, resource coordination, and delivery tracking.
- Coordinate activities involving Network Engineers, Infrastructure Engineers, Security teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
- Track project milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and action items to ensure successful delivery outcomes.
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, technical discussions, and stakeholder communications.




- Coordinate infrastructure implementation activities including network upgrades, hardware deployments, office relocations, and technology rollouts.
- Support change management, implementation planning, and deployment activities.
- Maintain project documentation, RAID logs, status reports, meeting minutes, and project schedules.
- Monitor project progress and escalate risks, delays, or resource constraints as required.
- Assist with testing, cutover planning, and operational readiness activities.
- Support governance reporting and provide regular project updates to key stakeholders.
- Ensure project deliverables are completed in accordance with project timelines and quality standards.

Required Skills & Experience

- Proven experience as a Project Coordinator supporting Network, Infrastructure, Telecommunications, or Technology projects.
- Experience coordinating infrastructure initiatives such as network upgrades, WAN/LAN deployments, wireless projects, data centre migrations, cloud migrations, or technology refresh programs.
- Strong understanding of network and infrastructure environments.
- Experience working with technical teams including Network Engineers, Infrastructure Engineers, Security teams, and external vendors.




- Strong stakeholder management and vendor coordination skills.
- Experience maintaining project plans, RAID registers, status reports, and project governance documentation. -

Highly Desirable:

- Experience working on projects within construction environments
- White Card certification (If you don’t have a White Card, we ill pay for your White Card Certification)
- Experience coordinating multiple vendors across design, integration, and testing activities
- Exposure to network, infrastructure, or systems delivery projects
