Project Coordinator / PMO Analyst

Melbourne | 6-Month Contract | Hybrid

I'm working with a large organisation looking for a Project Coordinator / PMO Analyst to support the delivery of a range of business and transformation initiatives.

This role is well-suited to someone who enjoys bringing structure to projects, managing multiple stakeholders, and ensuring delivery activities stay on track from planning through to execution.

Key responsibilities:

- Coordinating project plans, schedules and delivery activities
- Managing risks, issues, actions and dependencies
- Supporting governance processes and reporting requirements
- Preparing project documentation and status updates
- Facilitating stakeholder meetings and workshops
- Working closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver outcomes

What we're looking for:

- Experience as a Project Coordinator, PMO Analyst,



Delivery Coordinator or Junior Project Manager
- Robust organisational and stakeholder management skills
- Experience supporting project governance and reporting
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience within banking, insurance, superannuation, government or another regulated industry is highly regarded
