East to West is seeking an experienced Project Engineer – Civil to join the team in Western Australia. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated civil engineering professional who enjoys being hands-on with project delivery, coordinating site activities, and working collaboratively to achieve project targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and manage day-to-day civil construction activities.
- Support project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and cost control.
- Monitor project progress to ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, site teams, and other stakeholders.
- Review drawings, specifications, quality documentation, and construction methodologies.
- Maintain project records, reports, and progress updates.
- Ensure compliance with relevant safety, quality, environmental, and project requirements.
- Identify and resolve site issues while supporting continuous improvement.





What We’re Looking For

- A degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- Experience in a Project Engineer role within civil construction or infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, project coordination, and site delivery.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive, hands-on approach and the ability to work effectively with site teams and stakeholders.
- A strong commitment to safety, quality, and delivering successful project outcomes.
