Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Canberra for a Project Manager & Business Analyst focused on AI and Manufacturing. The role involves managing AI-related and manufacturing projects from initiation to delivery, including planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder communication. The individual will gather and analyse business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and ensure solutions align with operational needs and AI integration goals.

Day-to-day tasks include coordinating internal and external teams, overseeing logistics and expediting activities, monitoring inspection processes, and resolving issues that affect timelines or quality.



The role also requires continuous process improvement, documentation of workflows, and close collaboration with operations, data, and technical teams to keep production systems running effectively.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong project management skills, including Project Management experience and the ability to coordinate cross-functional initiatives.
- Candidates should possess expediting-related skills, such as experience as an Expeditor and expertise in Expediting to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Candidates should possess logistics-oriented skills, including Logistics Management to oversee supply chain activities supporting AI and manufacturing projects.
- Candidates should possess quality and oversight skills, including Inspection experience to monitor compliance with project, safety, and operational standards.
- Experience working at the intersection of AI, manufacturing, and operations, with the ability to translate business needs into technical and process requirements.
- Strong analytical, organisational, and stakeholder management skills, with clear written and verbal communication.
- Proven ability to work on-site in a quick-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and collaborating with technical and non-technical team members.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, supply chain, or a related discipline; relevant certifications in project management or business analysis are beneficial.
