- Lead end-to-end project delivery, including project initiation, planning, construction, reporting, and handover.

/n

- Coordinate with Design Management and other stakeholders to ensure approvals and compliance with design requirements.

/n

- Understand client objectives and manage project risks to deliver optimal outcomes.

/n

- Mentor and lead team members, fostering behaviours aligned with Mono’s FRANK values.

/n

- Deliver projects on time, within budget, and meeting quality, safety, and compliance standards.

/n

- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

/n





- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best-practice solutions.

- Client and internal reporting

/n /n About You /n We’re looking for a proven leader with a strong track record in managing Class 2 apartment construction projects /n /n You will have: /n /n

- 6+ years’ Project Management experience delivering Class 2 residential apartment buildings over $50M

/n

- Qualified in Engineering, Project, or Construction Management

/n

- Strong experience across the full project lifecycle, from planning to handover

/n

- Experience in structured, process-driven environments

/n

- Proficient in MS Projects and project reporting tools.
