Senior Project Manager | Technology Discovery & Procurement

Ready to lead a high-impact discovery and strategy initiative that will shape the future of service delivery across a complex multi-site environment?

We're seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a 3-month engagement focused on assessing current systems, engaging stakeholders, evaluating market solutions and preparing the organisation for significant technology transformation program.

The engagement is expected to continue into mid to late January 2027 alongside a dedicated BA over the same period.

What you'll be doing

- Leading a complex discovery and planning phase across multiple business units.
- Establishing project governance, reporting and stakeholder engagement frameworks.
- Coordinating business, technical and vendor workstreams.
- Managing solution assessment,



market engagement and procurement activities.
- Developing implementation roadmaps, business cases and executive-level recommendations.

We're looking for

- Proven experience delivering enterprise technology transformation initiatives.
- An understanding of the Higher-education environment.
- Robust stakeholder management skills, including engagement with senior executives.
- Experience leading discovery, procurement or vendor selection programs.
- Ability to operate across business and technology environments.
- Experience managing risks, dependencies, budgets and project reporting.
