Responsibilities

- Manage commercial refurbishment and maintenance projects from start to finish.
- Oversee budgets, project schedules and timelines.
- Coordinate subcontractors, trades and suppliers.
- Manage client relationships and project communication.




- Monitor site progress, quality and safety compliance.
- Oversee project completion and handover.

Requirements

- Proven experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction, refurbishments or maintenance.
- Strong understanding of project budgets, scheduling and cost control.
- Experience managing subcontractors, trades and multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, leadership and client management skills.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Relevant construction qualification (preferred).
- Current driver's licence and White Card.
- Ability to obtain a valid Working with Children Check (WWCC).
