Project Manager – Security Fencing & Metal Fabrication

Full-Time | Dandenong South / South-East Melbourne

Take Ownership of Projects from Start to Finish

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee security fencing, gates, barriers, steel fabrication and installation projects.

This is a hands-on role coordinating projects from contract award through to completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage projects from award through to handover.

- Coordinate procurement, fabrication, transport and site installation.

- Review contracts, drawings, specifications and project schedules.

- Manage budgets, project costs, margins and variations.

- Coordinate customers, builders, suppliers, subcontractors and installation teams.

- Monitor progress, quality, safety and deadlines.

- Conduct site inspections, resolve issues and manage project documentation.

About You

- Experience in project management or project coordination.

- Background in construction, metal fabrication, engineering,



fencing or a related industry.

- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.

- Strong commercial awareness, including budgets, costs and variations.

- Excellent planning, communication and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate workshop and site activities.

- Current driver's licence.

A trade background, White Card and experience working with builders or commercial clients will be highly regarded.
