Profectus is seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver projects and enhancements for an enterprise budgeting and reporting platform within an Australian Government agency. The platform is built on IBM Planning Analytics and supports budgeting, forecasting and reporting across the organisation. The work covers project planning, governance reporting, documentation and change management.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and schedule projects and enhancements
- Coordinate resources across delivery teams
- Manage risks, issues and dependencies
- Track actions and decisions and run project meetings
- Monitor delivery against scope, schedule and priorities
- Prepare status and governance reports for stakeholders
- Maintain business requirements, specifications and process documentation
- Deliver change impact assessments, training and user guides
- Support transition of changes to business as usual

Required Experience

- Managing ICT projects through the full delivery lifecycle
- Project planning, scheduling and resource coordination




- Risk, issue and dependency management
- Governance and status reporting
- Stakeholder engagement
- Change management, training and user adoption

Desirable Experience

- IBM Planning Analytics / TM1 or other finance systems
- Australian Government budgeting and reporting processes
- Working within Defence finance areas
- Project management certification (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP)

Security Clearance Requirements

- Must be an Australian Citizen
- Must have a current AGSVA NV1 Security Clearance
