This established commercial builder has developed an excellent reputation for delivering technically complex projects and is now playing a key role in one of Australia's largest data centre developments.

Despite the scale of its current work, the business has retained a cooperative and down-to-earth culture. The directors remain involved, decisions are made quickly, and experienced people are trusted to get on with delivering their projects.

There are genuine examples of people progressing within the company. Those who perform are given larger packages, greater responsibility and opportunities to move into senior project leadership positions as the business and its project pipeline continue to grow.

They are now looking for an experienced Project Manager to join the team on a data centre project worth more than $1 billion, based in Melbourne's western suburbs.

You will not be expected to run the entire development. Instead, you will take ownership of a significant portion of the project, supported by an established delivery team.





You will be responsible for the programme, commercial performance, subcontractor management and overall delivery of your section through to completion.

This is a substantial and fast-moving project, so the role requires someone who can lead a team, make decisions and maintain control across multiple packages and project interfaces.

You will ideally be an established Project Manager or Senior Project Manager with a strong head-contractor background and experience delivering large, technically demanding projects.

Previous data centre experience would be highly regarded, although candidates from major commercial, healthcare, pharmaceutical, defence or other services-intensive projects will also be considered.

The successful person will have a stable employment history, experience leading sizeable project teams and a balanced understanding of both commercial and operational delivery.
