Our client is a well-established engineering consultancy delivering innovative solutions to the mining and resources sector. With a strong reputation for technical excellence and project delivery, the business supports clients through all stages of the project life cycle, from concept and feasibility studies through to detailed design and execution. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of work, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to join their Perth-based team.

Your new role

Reporting into senior leadership, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of mineral processing and mining infrastructure projects from concept through to completion. You will manage project scope, budgets, schedules, risk and stakeholder engagement while leading multidisciplinary engineering teams to achieve safe, high-quality outcomes.

Key responsibilities include

- Leading project delivery across studies, design and execution phases.
- Managing client relationships and acting as the key point of contact.
- Coordinating engineering, procurement and project delivery activities.
- Driving project performance across cost, schedule, quality and safety metrics.
- Managing project risks, commercial outcomes and contractual obligations.
- Supporting business development, proposals and tender submissions.
- Mentoring and developing engineers and project team members.





What you'll need to succeed

- Degree qualification in Engineering or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience delivering mining and mineral processing projects.
- Previous experience in a Project Manager, Engineering Manager, Project Engineering Manager or similar position.
- Strong understanding of project delivery from studies through to commissioning.
- Experience working within an EPCM, consultancy or project delivery environment.
- Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and complex stakeholder groups.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing project budgets and schedules.
- Excellent communication, leadership and client engagement skills.
