Award-winning luxury builder based in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs is seeking a Project Manager to lead architecturally designed projects.

About the Company

Our client has been operating for over 30 years within the luxury residential industry across Sydney's Eastern Suburbs. Specialising in bespoke, architectural new builds, renovations and small scale commercial projects, they are known for their exceptional quality and workmanship.

About the Role

As a Project Manager, you will report directly to the Construction Manager and oversee a team of Site Managers and Contracts Administrators.

Day to day duties will include:

- Internal and external stakeholder and relationship management
- Development and ongoing management of the construction program
- Regular reporting
- Management of trades, sub-contractors and suppliers with the support of a Contracts Administrator
- Management of trades, sub-contractor and supplier agreements and contracts




- Coordination with the designers and consultants
- Development and ongoing management of financial forecasting and budgets
- Overseeing procurement and contracts administration
- Hybrid office and site based role

What You Need

- Minimum 5-7 years experience as a Project Manager within the lcoal luxury residential market
- Exceptional presentation
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong understanding of budgets and financial forecasting
- Strong understanding of construction codes, building quotes and regulations
