The Opportunity

We're growing our Project Management practice and looking for Project Managers who enjoy working in consulting environments and helping clients solve business and technology challenges. Working across a variety of client engagements, you will build strong stakeholder relationships, lead projects and transformation initiatives, and deliver successful business outcomes.

You'll have the opportunity to work with different clients, industries and delivery environments while continuing to develop your consulting capability alongside an experienced and supportive team.

Responsibilities Include

- Leading business and technology projects from initiation through to delivery.

- Developing project plans, timelines, budgets and forecasts.

- Managing governance forums, steering committees and reporting.

- Building strong relationships with business, technology and vendor stakeholders.

- Managing risks, issues and dependencies.

- Facilitating workshops and project planning sessions.

- Working across Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery environments.

- Providing advice and recommendations to support client outcomes.

- Ensuring successful project closure and handover.

The Ideal Candidate

Practical,



commercially minded Project Manager who enjoys building relationships and delivering outcomes.

You Will Demonstrate

- Experience delivering business, technology and transformation projects.

- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.

- The ability to work effectively with executives, business leaders, delivery teams and vendors.

- Experience working within Agile, Waterfall or hybrid environments.

- A consulting mindset and the ability to adapt to different client environments.

- Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent influencing and conflict resolution skills.

Relevant certifications such as PRINCE2, PMBOK, SAFe, Scrum or equivalent will be viewed favourably.

You will be comfortable working with clients across Victoria and attending client sites as required.
