Immediate Start | Residential Property Development | Project Marketing

Are you an experienced project marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can confidently manage multiple residential development projects at once?

We're seeking a Project Marketing Executive to join our team. This is not an entry-level coordinator role. We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running, work autonomously, and take ownership of a busy portfolio of residential property marketing activity with minimal supervision.

You will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality marketing campaigns and project marketing initiatives from concept through to execution.

About the Role

As the Project Marketing Executive, you will manage the end-to-end delivery of project marketing campaigns across a portfolio of residential developments. You'll coordinate multiple stakeholders, oversee campaign timelines and budgets, and ensure all marketing materials are delivered on time, on brand and to the highest standard.

This role requires a proactive and commercially minded marketing professional who can anticipate needs, solve problems, and keep projects moving without waiting for direction.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and deliver residential project marketing campaigns from planning through to launch and ongoing activity
- Manage campaign timelines, budgets, WIP reports, invoices and project documentation
- Coordinate marketing collateral including brochures, signage, display suites, renders, photography, videography and digital assets
- Manage project websites, property listings, EDM campaigns and digital marketing deliverables
- Brief and manage creative agencies, digital/media agencies and external suppliers
- Liaise with internal project, development and sales teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery
- Review, proof and maintain quality control across all marketing materials
- Coordinate project launches, display suite openings and other marketing-related events
- Ensure brand consistency and attention to detail across all touchpoints.



These responsibilities align with the project marketing, supplier coordination, budget management, campaign delivery and stakeholder liaison requirements

About You

- 3-5+ years' experience in marketing coordination, project marketing or similar roles
- Residential property development or project marketing experience is essential
- Strong understanding of the full project marketing lifecycle
- Strong stakeholder management [4 major external partners and as well as various internal stakeholders]
- Proven experience managing multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously
- Experience coordinating campaign rollouts across print, digital and property marketing channel
- Strong knowledge of collateral production, signage, websites, EDMs, photography, videography, property listings and renders
- Robust attention to detail and commitment to brand consistency
