Multiple newly awarded projects across Brisbane and SEQ offering long-term employment and project continuity./n Your new company /n Due to the successful award of multiple civil infrastructure projects across Brisbane and South East Queensland, our client is seeking experienced Project Engineers and Site Engineers to join a high-performing delivery team.This is an excellent chance to work with a well-established civil contractor delivering complex road, highway, bridge, intersection upgrade and transport infrastructure projects throughout the region. With a strong project pipeline and long-term secured work, these positions offer genuine career progression and exposure to some of Queensland's most significant infrastructure developments. Your new role /n Reporting to the Project Manager and Construction Manager, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of major civil infrastructure projects from planning through to completion.

Key Responsibilities /n /n

- Coordinating and managing daily construction activities

/n

- Supporting project planning, programming and delivery outcomes

/n

- Managing subcontractors, suppliers and site crews

/n

- Preparing and reviewing project documentation, ITPs and SWMS

/n

- Monitoring project costs, productivity and progress against programme

/n

- Assisting with procurement and contract administration activities

/n

- Ensuring works are delivered safely, on time and to specification

/n

- Liaising with clients, consultants and key project stakeholders

/n

- Driving quality,



compliance and continuous improvement initiatives

What you'll need to succeed /n

/n /n

- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline

/n

- Experience as a Site Engineer or Project Engineer within civil construction

/n

- Exposure to road, highway, bridge, earthworks, drainage, structures or transport infrastructure projects

/n

- Knowledge of TMR standards and specifications will be highly regarded

/n

- Strong organisational and communication skills

/n

- Ability to work collaboratively within a project delivery team

/n

- A proactive approach and strong problem-solving capability

/n
