Project & Service Manager Construction & Maintenance

$110,000–$140,000 + Company Ute | Brisbane

We’re looking for a capable, driven Project & Service Manager who wants real ownership of projects, people, clients and results.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone with a robust construction background who can manage multiple jobs, solve problems quickly, control budgets, coordinate people and keep work moving from approval through to completion.

You’ll be expected to plan, predict & deliver.

That means planning the job properly, scheduling the right people, managing labour and material costs, coordinating procurement, communicating with clients and making sure projects are delivered safely, professionally and profitably.

You’ll ideally bring

- Strong building and construction knowledge
- Experience managing projects, maintenance works or service delivery
- Confidence managing budgets, labour and job costs
- Purchasing and procurement experience
- Strong scheduling and organisational ability
- Client-facing experience and excellent communication
- Strong reporting and follow-through




- Experience with Simpro or similar job management systems
- Ability to lead people and positively influence team culture
