About Great Investor Homes

Great Investor Homes helps everyday Australians build wealth through property investment. We sell house and land packages direct from the builder, and we're expanding our consultant team on the Central Coast.

The role

You'll connect with prospective investors, understand their goals, and guide them through our house and land packages from first conversation to settlement. You'll generate your own leads, and we'll supply additional leads to support your pipeline.

What you'll do

- Source and follow up your own investor leads, plus leads we provide
- Run consultations in person, by phone, or online
- Present our house and land packages clearly and honestly
- Keep clients informed through to settlement

What we offer

- $7,000 commission per sale
- Production bonus: an extra $1,000 per sale in any month you achieve 3 or more sales (that's an extra $3,000 for a 3-sale month), paid quarterly

About you

- Sales experience, ideally in property, finance, or other consultative sales
- Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable with a 100% commission model
- Confident at prospecting and building your own network
- Strong communicator who builds trust quickly
- Hold, or be willing to obtain, any licence or registration required in NSW
- ABN
